Your main responsibilities
  • Managing/supervising the design, execution, analysis, and implication/recommendation communication of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive to business decisions

  • Demonstrate holistic thinking, strategic agility, and leadership with all levels of the organization.

  • Synthesize multiple data sources, both primary and secondary, to drive strategic recommendations. Provide analysis and associated recommendations to teams.

  • Driving and maintaining consistent approaches to consumer research across all elements of innovation. Lead new methodologies and approaches that maximize value for the investment.

  • Communicate consumer insights in a clear and concise manner both through written and verbal communication.

  • Lead the development and implementation of new Insight tools to elevate and amplify the value of Consumer research and consumer needs, by exploring new approaches to methodologies, analyses, reporting while managing within budget constraints.

Your qualifications
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Solid grasp of innovation research best practices to develop short/medium/long term strategies for growth

  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including US Marketing, International Marketing, and Strategic Agencies

  • Identifies areas for improvement and brings solutions

  • Experience executing both large-scale research projects (marketing mix/lift, brand equity, segmentation. etc.) and small and scrappy research/desk research projects

  • Experience executing retailer specific research and developing presentations for retail customers beneficial

  • Energetic and action-oriented individual sought

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of IRI or Nielsen scan and panel data strongly preferred

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Business, Communication, Psychology or Liberal Arts preferred and minimum five (5) related experience in the consumer goods industry required.
