The Project Management Analyst will be a member of the Project Management team responsible for commercialization of brand initiatives across Storck North America. This role supports commercialization of displays and customization projects for Storck North America and will report to the Senior Manager, Project Management. This position will provide cross-functional project management support for North America – and will work on projects including both German produced items and local promotional initiatives. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to develop project ideas, work with external suppliers on design, work closely with Finance to determine financial impact, engage with the warehouses regarding co-packing initiatives, and communicate with the broader Supply Chain team to ensure successful execution. The analyst will also work closely with the project management team in Germany to be the North American contact for German produced projects and is responsible for effective communication back to the brand teams locally. The project management analyst will be responsible for on-time execution and coordination of all crossfunctional parties of assigned North American projects.

Your main responsibilities
  • Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in commercializing all projects

  • Manage commercialization projects including: project scope, timelines, status tracking, costing and resources to ensure successful execution

  • Timely and effective communication of all project related information such as timelines, deadlines, expectations and changes to cross functional teams

  • Negotiate costs with suppliers on new products and materials

  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with German counterparts, internal colleagues and external colleagues including packaging suppliers and warehouse contacts

  • Make recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive more profitable initiatives and new ways of thinking

  • Clearly identifies, understands, and communicates risks to team

  • Drives decisions to ensure project timelines

  • Participate on brand teams and/or customer teams representing the Project Management function, expectation to provide functional and broad business perspective and communicate decisions and actions back to their functional team

  • Enforce project management process compliance across the organization

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain curriculum

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supply chain and/or project management experience preferably with a CPG company

Hybrid Work Model, including Monday and Friday work from home, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday work in Office in normal working conditions for an office environment downtown Chicago, IL.
