The Walmart Retail Associate Manager will serve as a Walmart based retail arm of the sales team and will be accountable for driving the selling – merchandising through an Agency - and distribution efforts at store level. This position will represent the total Storck portfolio through pursuing the following business strategies: 1) Ensuring customer agreements are executed and upheld. 2) Driving distribution & share growth through shelving, new item launches, void closure and reset activity. 3) Selling against promotional and incremental opportunities to achieve revenue targets 4) Price monitoring and management; 5) Manage and build Agency relationships from HQ to store level.

Your main responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance Agency & Customer field relationships.

  • Execute sales & shelving strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, distribution and share targets for all Walmart customers.

  • Ensure effective execution of customer agreement and enabler programs.

  • Maintain an effective communication process with Agency counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of retail priorities.

  • Work in a team environment with Account Leads, Marketing teams and Organizational leadership to maximize growth opportunities.

Your qualifications
  • Ability to work with autonomy with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in stores based on business needs

  • Retail Merchandising expertise

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/negotiate/relationship build with key Agency and Organizational contacts

  • Ability to use statistical skills to identify/evaluate/communicate Walmart performance and store results/opportunities

  • Proficient in Retail Link, Microsoft Office, syndicated data experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for Retail comprehension and Key Customer Knowledge

  • Keen interest in sales and merchandising

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Merchandising and Sales management; CPG / Food Industry preferred. Previous Retail execution and merchandising experience is preferred with a passion for selling and the ability to drive business results.

Working Conditions:

Normal working conditions for an office environment based in Bentonville, Arkansas. And while traveling and completing store visits, must be able to engage in physical activities in store like stretching, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required. Company Vaccination Policy available for review upon request during interview.

Travel:

Position may require up to 50%, mainly Domestic US, visiting various markets across Walmart customer trading area
