This Privacy Policy applies only to the Storck website where it is posted (the "Services"). If links to other pages online are found on our websites, this Privacy Policy may not apply to data collection and usage on the linked pages, as Storck does not have any kind of influence on any third party's set up of its website or the content it hosts. This applies, for example, where you click on the “Where to Buy” feature for products listed on our Services websites. Storck collects, uses, and shares the following individually identifiable information ("personal data") according to your actions on our website or your direct interactions with us:

Storck will collect, use and share such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. To the extent the personal data you provide to us relates to another individual, you agree that you have obtained that individual’s consent to provide such personal data to Storck.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13, and users under the age of 13 should not submit any personal data to Storck.

2.2 The business purposes for which we may use your personal data:

Website usage

When you visit our website, temporary connection data (IP address, Cookies, last visited URL, time and date, files accessed) is recorded. We may save, use, and share this information, which may qualify as personal data under applicable law, as necessary for your visit to the website or for contractual purposes, such as when you choose to participate in website competitions. 3.1 Analysis for Marketing Purposes and for Website Optimization (Piwik PRO)

On Storck websites, data on your use of the website is processed with technologies from the provider Piwik PRO, namely to optimize the website and for marketing purposes, if you give your consent to this when you first visit the website. For this purpose, usage profiles that contain the data listed under section 2.1 and data on your activities on our website (in particular which pages, buttons or other elements you accessed, and when) are created under a pseudonym. The profiles will not contain, or be combined with, any data that directly identifies you (such as your name).

The processing is carried out on behalf of Storck on servers hosted by Piwik PRO GmbH,Germany.

We do not "sell" California Personal Information within the meaning of California Privacy Law.

Retention of California Personal Information

Storck retains your California Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained. Storck maintains a records and information management ("RIM") program. The Storck RIM program establishes policies and procedures for the retention of records for an appropriate duration, including retention schedules for categories of records. Retention categories may include records which contain California Personal Information, including identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, professional information. The length of time California Personal Information is retained will vary depending on the retention period of the category in which such information is contained. When establishing retention duration for retention categories, Storck takes into consideration various criteria, including tax and legal requirements for the retention of records, issues related to the exercise or defense of legal claims, and legitimate business needs.

Your Rights

Subject to certain exceptions detailed in California Privacy Law, as a California resident, you have the right to request: (i) deletion of your California Personal Information; (ii) correction of inaccurate California Personal Information; (iii) the right to know/ access the categories of California Personal Information that we collect about you, including the specific pieces of California Personal Information; (iv) the categories of California Personal Information disclosed for a business purpose; and (v) information about the categories of California Personal Information about you that we have shared (as such term is defined under California Privacy Law) and the categories of third parties to whom the California Personal Information was shared.

Exercising Your Rights

When submitting your request, please include the specific nature of your request, referencing "Your California Privacy Rights," as well as your first and last name, email address, and zip code or mailing address. Storck may apply any exceptions or other conditions available under law when responding to correction, deletion, or other requests. Storck will generally fulfil requests for access, correction, and deletion within 45 days of receiving a valid request. Storck may extend the respond time by another 45 days by notifying the individual of the time extension.

Do Not Share My Information

In addition to the above, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sharing of their California Personal Information, as such terms are defined under California Privacy Law. Please note that the only transfers of your Personal Information that may constitute “selling” or “sharing” by us under the California Consumer Privacy Act are certain cookie and related technologies used by the Services that are provided by third parties, as well as Pinterest’s use of cross-site tracking and your personal data obtained from clicking on Pinterest links on our website. Therefore, to exercise your opt-out right, you may opt out of the use of such cookies and related technologies via the opt-outs provided in the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section above, and you may opt out of the use of Pinterest tags via your Pinterest settings engage in providing financial incentives for the disclosure of California Personal Information.
