We will actively support you during your first months with us. Each location offers customised onboarding programs for the individual areas of employment.

The first round interview consists of meeting with the hiring manager and HR. During the second round the candidate will meet with cross-functional interview teams. In the final round, the candidate will conduct a presentation based on topics given to them in advance. Your audience will be members of the interview team.

You will have a busy schedule during your first few weeks and months when joining Storck USA. First we introduce you to everyone in the office. You will have an opportunity to meet and speak with our Senior Management Team. You will be trained on the various IT, Travel, Expense and HR systems. Finally, you will get a chance to meet with department heads, fellow colleagues and customers. This comprehensive process is designed for you to start building meaningful and lasting relationships all the while gaining the necessary context and knowledge needed to perform your job well.
